From 1899 to 1988 Rauscher, along with its German sister company Rauscher Lößnitztal GmbH & Co. KG, expands throughout Europe, achieving continuous growth in the process. Since 1945 the company’s economic success has been underpinned by continuous expansion and increased sales activities across the whole of Europe.

Rauscher founded the joint venture Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG together with the German medical devices manufacturer Lohmann. Rauscher Consumer Products is an independent business unit within this company.
